Full Privilege
Membership…
This membership
entitles a Member
and family to use of
the Club facilities,
including golf (the
Magnolia, the Holly,
the Azalea and the
3-hole practice
facility), tennis,
swimming, and
clubhouse without
payment of court,
pool or green fees.
The initiation fee
for a Full Privilege
Membership is
currently $25,000,
with monthly dues
currently $396.18.
Tennis Membership…
This membership
entitles a Member
and eligible family
members to use the
Club facilities,
including clubhouse,
tennis and swimming
without payment of
usage fees. The
Tennis Membership is
entitled to eight
[8] eighteen-hole
rounds of golf per
calendar quarter at
a reduced green fee
rate of $28.50 per
eighteen-hole round
of golf. Any rounds
in excess of the
eight [8]
eighteen-hole rounds
of golf per calendar
quarter per
membership will be
charged at the
applicable
Accompanied Guest of
Member green fee
rates. A Green Fee
of $5.00 will be
charged for nine
holes on the Azalea
course, with there
being no limit as to
the number of rounds
played on the Azalea
course. The
initiation fee for
Tennis Membership is
currently $25,000,
with monthly dues
currently $149.73
for North Carolina
residents, and
$142.20 for
Non-residents of
North Carolina.
Social membership…
This membership
entitles a Member
and eligible family
members to use the
Club facilities,
including clubhouse
and swimming without
payment of usage
fees. The Social
Membership is
entitled to eight
[8] eighteen-hole
rounds of golf per
calendar quarter at
a reduced green fee
rate of $28.50 per
eighteen-hole round
of golf. Any rounds
in excess of the

eighteen-hole rounds
of golf per calendar
quarter per
membership will be

Membership…
Choice of Full
Privilege
Membership, Social
Membership or Tennis
Membership. This
allows Members who
are not property
owners, to choose
the classification
that best fits their
needs. A limited
number of these
memberships
available. The
initiation fee for a
Non-property Owner
is currently
$25,000, with the
annual dues
depending on
membership
classification.
Cart Lease Club…
A cart lease club is
available for Full
Privilege Members.
The fee is based on
unlimited usage of a
Club owned cart, and
is currently
$1,075.00 (plus tax)
per year, per
person.
Private Carts…
Private carts are
allowed as a
convenience for Full
Privilege Members.
Two programs are
currently available.
Program A: a usage
trail fee that
offers a discount
off regular cart
rental fees
(currently Program A
fee is set at $10.75
per person, per
round).
Program B: a fixed
yearly trail fee of
$1,145 for one
person, or $1,600.00
for the family.
Private cart fees
will be adjusted on
annual basis.
Members are
encouraged to review
the Private Cart
Agreement that is in
place prior to
purchasing a cart,
or enrolling in the
program.
Transfer Fee…
Memberships may be
transferred. Upon
transfer of a
membership, the Club
shall receive fifty
(50) percent of the
initiation fee that
is in effect at the
time of the transfer
as a transfer fee.
