A box holds cards listed alphabetically, one side for the Magnolia Course and one side for the Holly Course.
On a member’s first PWGA Play Day, she should circle her gross score, using an ink pen, on each hole on her Ringer Card. On subsequent PWGA Play Days, as improvement is made on a hole, each lower gross score should then be circled with a pencil. At the end of the year, a final ringer score comprised of the total of the lowest score recorded on each hole for that year will result in winners in each flight.
Record birdies based on the format instructions for the PWGA game of the day. Birdies should be posted on the sheet in the ladies locker room, and have each attested by someone in your foursome. At the end of the season, members will be divided into flights. The players with the most birdies in each flight will be awarded additional points at the closing luncheon.
Record chip-ins based on the format instructions for the PWGA game of the day. If a player chooses to participate and has paid her $5 at the beginning of the season to be part of chip-ins, she should circle her name on the chip-in sheet. If she has a chip-in, the player should circle her name on the chip-in sheet, indicate which hole, and have someone in her foursome attest the chip-in. At the end of the year, the chip-in money will be divided among those who had chip-ins.
Points are given to the winners of PWGA Play Day events. At the end of the season the points are totaled and assigned a value. Members are then given credit in the pro shop equal to the amount they have won.
